Maintenance

All Disys Technologies products are supplied with a full two year no-quibble warranty. All we ask is that we are allowed to check and certify the operation of the control system at the end of the first year.

Post Warranty

After the warranty period we recommend that one of our engineers checks and certifies the operation of the control system at least once a year.

We are happy to tailor a maintenance package to your requirements, however our most popular package is the full extended warranty complete with annual, bi-annual or quarterly certification according to building usage.

Legacy Systems

Sorry, but, due to limited supplies of spares, we can only provide support and maintenance for Microlec Systems and Classic Controls International equipment to maintenance contract holders.
