All the Disys Technologies nodes are micro-controller based intelligent devices which monitor the status of other elements of the damper control system and broadcast status information to the network.
The DIN 12 is most commonly used as the fire/smoke damper control node. Available to control either 230V ac or 24V ac/dc actuators, it also monitors the status of the actuator limit switches.
The DIN 08F provides 8 opto isolated zone alarm inputs to the damper control system from fire alarm system relay outputs.
This variant is most commonly used as an interface between the damper control system and AHU’s. It provides the facility to shutdown the AHU in the event of a fire and then to override it via the fireman’s override switches.
The Din 08M provides 8 opto isolated damper position monitoring inputs. Each damper normally produces an open and a closed signal. The DIN 08M is used to monitor up to 4 Dampers.
The LNI or Loop Network Inegrator is designed to allow many loops (Restricted to 125 devices) to communicate over a master loop to the TUI. This increase the ammount of devices that can be connected to the TUI whilst maintaining communication speed and reliabuility.
The DIN80 provides 8 binary volt free outputs. this can be used to switch low power devices eg relays, laps etc.
